On this day in gaming, in 2002, Soldier of Fortune II: Double Helix was released. It was the second in a series of three games, and it was the last one to be developed by Raven Software.
It is an FPS which used the id Tech 3 (Quake III: Team Arena) engine, and starred the non-fictional character of John Mullins. The character’s likeness is that of John, although the voice used isn’t his. One of the focal points of the game is its excessive violence and the dismemberment of enemies.
My favourite missions were the ones in the jungles of Columbia. It felt almost like Vietnam!
World destruction comes in small shrink-wrapped packages...

What does AAA stand for?
It's not an abbreviation of anything. It just means the best of the best...
