I covered this just the other day, saying that a release for this game was scheduled for this month. Well, just like I said, it’s been out for a few days now: the first episode of Duke Nukem Eternity, a mod for EDuke32 (source port for Duke Nukem 3D) and the HRP.
As Bluesnews puts it: “it’s a mod of a mod for a source port”.
But damn, it’s looking good.
The first official patch for the mod is available too. And a walkthrough for the episode is available on YouTube.
Note that you need EDuke32, the HRP, Polymer (comes with later releases of EDuke32), and DukePlus in order to run this mod.
