That article that I read about on Slashgamer claims that “the original developers, 3D Realms,has shut their door for good.”
And that post was written just the other day. This was reported all over the net back in May, and it’s not true. It was later clarified that the DNF team was let go, but the company is still running.
Funny to see that all these months later, people have still been misled. When I first read about 3DR closing down, I was shocked and sad, mainly because I thought that I would never ever see DNF…not that we were close anyway.
